Winter care for a rosebud tree

Are there any special concerns that should be followed for the winter months. Our weather had been very dry so far. We have hand watered once, should this be a regular routine?

There is not much care required for these trees. They are pretty hardy. Any winter care would depend on where you live, but they can survive just about anywhere.
