Will Tulip Bulbs Not Planted In Fall Still Grow In Spring?

Bought so many couldnt plant all of them and there in safe plasce in garage where its cold .but will they grow in ground when i plant them in spring this 2022.im sure the some what froze out there because garage is not heated.but should have they benn planted in spring allready they have never been in ground they are new bulbs please say they will be thrilled to thaw in the ground and gorow.?

You might be fortunate enough to have achieved stratification temperatures! I would say to try and plant them to find out! Here are some articles that will help:
