Will tomato plants produce again in the fall?

I live in Central Florida and my tomato plants are healthy but it is too hot for them to produce? If I can keep them healthy, will they produce in the fall with cooler weather?

Yes, once temps fall, they should produce again if they are indeterminate and healthy. Tomatoes are actually technically a tender perennial, so can live and produce for quite some if kept healthy. The trick is keeping them healthy. The older tomatoes get, the more susceptible they get to disease.
