Will Roundup Kill Nettles?

They’re growing so thick, they’re like a mat. Sprayed Roundup and doesn’t seem to have any effect. Could I be moving to fast? I have no idea if there is an amount of time to use to hit each one. Is there something else I might be doing wrong?

That is the recommended solution for killing nettles. It is recommended at a concentration of 2 percent.
