Will My Monarda Recover From Wind Damage

Stems bent and broken. Was 3 ft high. If I cut it back to the ground will it grow again this year?

Just cut the broken stems below the damage, or if they are all damaged, cut them back to about 6 inches. Since it is often recommended to cut them back so they won't be so tall, I would think you should still get some blooms this year. It may depend on the variety.
