Will My “cockscomb” Come Back?

Wind and rain blowed my “Cockscomb” over. Will it come back in the Spring?

They typically reseed. (Did yours get a chance to bloom before it was knocked over?) If it's a hybrid it may not look exactly like what you planted but you should get some form of the plant again in spring.
