Why is my tree losing its leaves

Please can you advise why the leaves on my tree are dropping off and turning yellow and brown. Any advice on how to save plant would be appreciated. We line in north east Scotland.

The tree looks like it has all kinds of problems including leaf spot disease. I would contact an arborist to see if it can be saved.
