Why Is My Newly Transplanted Delphinium Leaves Are Wilting And Drying?

Our delphinium is transplanted a week ago. It gets partial sun (shaded by a tree) and we water it daily. I noticed the leaves drying and yellowing today and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. Would appreciate some advice and tips on how to fix or prevent this from happening further. Thank you.

It may be suffering from transplant shock. Unless the temperature is very high, it doesn't need daily watering. Sometimes, if roots are overly saturated, they can't uptake the water and nutrients, leaving them looking like they need water. The same can happen if the soil is not well draining.
