Why Is My Black Stemmed Elephant Ear Plant Is Drooping?

most of the leaves are healthy. there are some little bugs on the stems that i can’t identify but they don’t seem to be damaging the leaves. the plant just came from florida but is kept indoors

Was it outside in Florida? Even if not, it is probably suffering from a change in environment. It should bounce back. I would spray some Neem oil on those bugs just to be sure. Or an insecticidal soap. Also make sure it isn't next to an air conditioning vent. Here are the cultural requirements it needs:
