Why is my Basil turning gray? It\’s not that old!!

Why are the leaves of my basil plant starting to turn silvery-gray, in a speckled pattern? They get a morning light and I couldn’t tell you what was in the potting soil. It was all I had here in Austria.

This sounds like a pest infestation on your Basil.
Treat with Neem Oil.
