Why doesn’t my burning bush turn red

As I drive around my neighborhood, I see my neighbors’ bushes already turning red, but mine have very minimal or no red at all. The bushes are mature and about 5 feet tall. Last year I don’t remember any of them turning red.

Lack of coloring is most likely related to environmental issues.

It is not unusual to see different colors and stages of colorization around the neighborhoods.
I have one Burning Bush quite colorful and one still quite green in my garden.
