Why Doesn’t My Society Garlic Not Bloom?

I have 2 plants about 1 foot in diameter each. Have waited 3 years for blooms. The plants look healthy and are in full sun. We are in north Florida.

Don’t know how to answer that one. We have to grow society garlic in containers to overwinter, and they bloom yearly. It might be possible that your bulbs are too deep in the ground…you could try lifting one clump and letting it sit higher in the soil. One foot clumps sound beautiful. It also might be time to consider dividing! Hope they are variegated.
