Why Does My Goldfish Plant Have Silver Spots?

The plant receives adequate light and is watered once a week. It’s about 4 years old but has never flowered. It’s otherwise healthy.

Unfortunately, I can't quite make out the picture. It looks like it could be mealybugs, though! This article will help:
