Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comAs the blossoms from my AV have died off I have been trimming off the dead buds. Recently I noticed that on a couple of the trimmed stems (that still had a healthy bloom or 2) there were baby leaves growing. Even after all of the blooms have died off the baby leaves are still there. I don\’t know if I should leave them or not? I hate cutting down something that is just trying to survive, but I have never heard of this type of thing happening and I\’m not sure this is good for the plant. Information or suggestions?
