Why Are Some Of The Leaves On My Monstera Deliciosa Turning Black

Some of the leaves are turning black at the edges. The plant is potted, indoors, and has medium light .I water it weekly and keep soil moist.
Any suggestions ?

I think the last statement about sums it up! You will want to let it dry out completely down to about 2 or 3 inches between waterings.
