White Spots On Tubers

I dug up my tubers to divide and on one bunch, most of the tubers have white spots. Is this a disease or normal for some tubers?

White spots can indicate mold or mildew setting in. Are the tubers mushy? If so, you should discard. You don't say what kind of tubers they are, but if the tubers are still firm, I would go ahead and replant. The white growths could be lenticels, which just mean there was too much moisture in the ground.
