Where To Maintain A Potted Crape Myrtle

I have grown a crape myrtle from seed, planted in a 10″ round pot. It is approximately 12″ in height. As fall is here and upcoming frost and freezing weather over the winter, how should I maintain? Leave outside, put in garage where temperatures will generally remain at 30 degrees and above or move indoors?

It definitely needs protection at that young age and in a container. It should do fine in your garage. Water sparingly, about once a month, just to keep it alive. Too much water can cause rot.
