Where should I dispose of 2 Jimsonweed plants and seed pods, one open but contained. I’ve put them in a bag?

I used gloves to remove them and everything is contained in a plastic bag. What now?

You can put them in the trash or park them somewhere out of reach for a year (they are still viable till then). I don't think I would want them hanging around since they are poisonous.
