Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOver winter my privet turned brown. Now all green are starting to come through, Should I leave whatever brown is on the bush or remove it to make room for the green leaves.????
Also, the tops of my Boxwood got yellowed over the winter. Should I trim off the yellow areas.???

You can prune any dead material off at any time. The privet will come back on its own, but giving it a pruning will help it to branch out.
