What zone would NW PA be in?

Would like to plant two potted hibiscus outside and not bring inside

The zip code you've listed is in Hardiness Zone 6a. Your tropical hibiscus will die as soon as it freezes. You can plant hardy hibiscus and leave it in the ground.
