what white flowering shrub can you suggest that grows in full shade/morning sun and can tolerate soil and is drought resistant

The side of my house is absolutely bare and shaded by 3 large oak trees. I need some shrubs to fill in around the foundation.

This sounds like a spot for many of the hydrangea species. Oakleaf Hydrangeas will be a very good pick for a place such as this.

If you are willing to go outside of a white flower, there are many, many options to choose from. This website offers a list of them: https://www.thespruce.com/shrubs-that-grow-in-shade-2132602 [1]
