Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWhat to do with WOOLLY THYME before the first frost and winter? I have 3 potted woolly thyme, and 1 potted pink chintz thyme. And where I live, winters get sometimes to -30° for a good part of the year. I’m wondering if I should be bringing them inside for the wintertime? Or if I can even bring them inside at all because I wouldn’t mind having them inside during wintertime at all – bring some color indoors during the gloomy cold months… And if I should be or am able to bring them indoors during the frosty winter, do I need to change maintenance and care for these plants at all (i.e. place in dark room for majority of winter)? Or should I just continue the care as I have been throughout spring and summer? Thanks for your help!

You can bring your herbs indoors for the winter to enjoy both the look and flavor they offer.
