What Should I Do To Revitalise My Aeoniums?

They have turned into tiny flower heads as per photo. Should I just cut them off and replant? Can I cut the stalks into pieces and plant them? Many thanks.

This article should help. It says the terminal rosettes can be cut off and replanted.
