Prunus accolade

What should a Prunus accolade look like in November? My new Prunus accolade has lost all its leaves now (November). I have a different type of Prunus tree in the garden which never loses its leaves. Is this right?

Prunus accolade is winter hardy in zones 5 and warmer, while some Prunus species are hardy in zone 4. If you are in zone 4, perhaps this is the difference. Otherwise, your tree could be suffering from transplant shock, which is very common in the first year:
