plants for screening

What plants would be a good screen to place all the way around a propane tank that is 6 foot long? I live in extremes NE Arkansas. I want the plants to only be about 4 feet tall or that are able to keep that size with regular trimming. I do want coverage year round so no deciduous plants. Thank you.
