What Makes The Pony Tail Palm Tree Bonsai Fronts Get Lighter And Droopy At The Top?

I’ve noticed that the fringe at the top of ponytail bonsai has turned lighter in color and kind of droopy. What would cause that?

Try giving it more light and fertilize if you are not fertilizing it. Use a liquid fertilizer diluted to 1/2 strength once or twice a month.
