What Kind Of Flower Is This?

I’m wondering what kind of flower this is? I live in the tropics, so I believe it’s a tropical flower. It seems to me that it might be some type of lily, but I’m not sure……..

That would be Kaempferia galanga! This article is for its close cousin with a longer stem, but the care is the same:
