What Is Wrong With My Night Lady

I have used a pesticide to try to cure it but the new leaves are curled up and have white spots on them

There are several plants called Lady of the Night, but I am assuming you have night blooming jasmine. Try Neem oil, it is safer and should take care of an insect or fungus.
