There are a number of possible reasons why leaves on your pepper plant would turn yellow. (BTW, that’s Esperanza pepper; Esparza is something completely different) This article gives you a rundown on the common ones: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/pepper/pepper-yellow-leaves.htm [1]
If you need someone to actually look at your plant and give you advice, you can take leaf and soil samples to the nearest Extension Service. This article will help you find one: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/info/what-is-extension-service.htm [2]
