Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Natchez Crepe Myrtle is in its third summer since it was planted. The first summer it bloomed and seemed very healthy. Last year and this year, it leafed out but the leaves are small and pale and there are no blooms. What do I need to do? I don’t see any evidence of insects on the leaves.
