What Is Wrong With My Choisya Sundance?

I recently fed it with an ericacious feed as it looked so pale. this seems to have made it worse.

It looks like powdery mildew. Did you have it last summer or fall, too? If so, the fungal spores overwintered and all it takes is one warm, damp day to spring it back to life. Neem oil can help or some home remedies. Here is more:
