What is the disease which is causing the brown spots and leaves curling

Hello – my kaffir lime tree has developed some brown spots and curling. I keep removing the affected leaves, but it keeps spreading.

HELP!!!

What can I do to fix this ?

Uh oh… This is a fungal infection. This tends to happen in compacted soil, or when there is too much water.

Do I cut/remove the affected leaves off before applying the fungicide ?
