What is on my lemon tree leaf??

Hello! I have a Meyers lemon tree in a pot. It is growing well and the leaves look good to me, but I noticed something very odd looking on the leaf. I have no idea what this is! Can anyone tell me?

This is Brown Citrus Scale, and how nice of them to line up so that you can get rid of them with Neem Oil.
