Allow them to grow on the vine for about four weeks longer than you would if you were going to eat them. When the pods are brown, they can be easily split open and you can remove the seeds from the pods. Place the peas in a dry, cool place until you’re ready to plant them. While some people put them in airttight, plastic containers, you’ll want to make sure they are completely dry first as these hold in moisture. I typically use brown paper bags for storing seeds.
