Asiatic lilies being eaten

What do you do when the leaves on Asiatic Lilies are being eaten? They have small holes in them. After the lilies stopped blooming, I noticed the leaves getting little holes and notches along the edges.

It could be any number of insects causing the damage, but treat the plants with Neem Oil.
This should take care of them and is safe for people, pets and beneficial bugs.
