What Causes A White Spot Outlined In Black On Hibiscus Leaves And How Do I Rid My Plant Of This? Also Is It Too Late To Prune?

This particular plant was blooming beautifully last year up until Winter. Now it looks like it’s straining ,- loosing leaves, and looks very leggy. Thank you.

It's best to prune as soon as new growth starts in spring. Remove the spotted leaves unless it is all of them. In that case, remove a few, then wait till new leaves form, then remove more. Here is how to treat it:
