What can I do to improve plant production in my garden, it seems like plants are lacking somthing.

The last 2 years, the veggies I planted haven’t been like recent years. What can I do to improve harvest. It seems like the ground is lacking something.

If you don’t condition your soil after each harvest, then it will, definitely, be lacking in something. It is best to till into the soil at the end of the year several things. You will want to add dolomitic lime, iron sulfate, and a copious amount of compost and worm castings at the very least. This will bring your soil back to optimal conditions.
