bean looking growths at the top of my Oleanders

What are the bean looking growths that are at the top of my Oleanders? The plants are about two years old and at the top of the limbs, there are bean like things forming. Is this a natural growth? I live in the East Texas area of Nacogdoches. I put these plants in compost with top soil and ironite feed then covered with a red mulch top.

These are the seeds that are forming on your Oleander.
You can allow them to dry and drop to the ground or remove them.
Use caution as all parts are poisonous.
