What Are Some Good Companion Plants For My Indoor Rieger Begonias?

My begonia is in a clay pot but only fills half of it. I’d like to fill in with something that will grow well with it.

Most houseplants seem to play nice with the Begonia, actually! As long as you choose something that is not particularly fast growing, it will likely take to just about any houseplant that you plant with it. There are exceptions, like with Kalanchoe, but there aren't many.
