What Are Some Effective Ways To Control Squash Bugs In Vegetable Gardens?

I have a small garden next to a fence. On the other side my neighbor has crape myrtles with lots of squash bugs (stink bugs). Sevin doesn’t seem to control them.

You can just pick them off and drop them into soapy water. Their waxy coating is hard to penetrate with pesticides. Here are more options:
