Weed Control for Centipede Grass

I would like to know what weed and other grass killer I can apply to centipede grass and what kind of fertilizer to use.

Herbicides that contain Atrazine work well for weed control in centipede grass.

As far as fertilizer, twice a year (spring and fall) application of a turf fertilizer will work well. Any more than that and the grass will actually get unhealthy.
