We Live In Michigan And Received A Wisteria For A Gift 20+ Years Ago. It Has Never Bloomed. How Can We Get It To Bloom.

The green foliage is absoutly beuatiful on our trellis but no blooms.

You did not give enough information about the care that it gets so here are some general guidelines/possibilities: insufficient sunlight (the plant should get more than 6 hours of direct sun); too much nitrogen-rich fertilizer; pruning at the wrong time (since wisteria only blooms on new wood, you should prune in late winter).
