Vining plant, fast growing, flowers turn into berries

My neighbor and I share a chain link fence. This summer, a vine appeared with small, purple flowers which eventually turn into small red berries. It grows fast, first using the fence as a trellis and now spreading about 3 feet in all 4 directions. We don’t know if it’s a weed or a plant. Any ideas?

This is most likely Climbing Nightshade.

It is a very invasive plant. Weather it’s a weed or flower can depend on the garden and gardener!
