Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMixture of equal parts beer, dish detergent, mouthwash and dash of Tabasco. All plants developed holes in leaves, serious yellow/brown leaf curl, lost most leaves, etc. Turns out I used Biotene mouthwash and I think that caused the problem. I’ve washed all with water. What about the effect on the soil now? Everything is in containers. HELP! Thank you.

Yes, you can get into trouble with some of the homemade concoctions. I think since you have everything in containers, the rinsing will help, plus you might work in some compost to further dilute anything harmful.
Neem oil is safe and effective.
