There are a number of reasons for no flowers. 1. bulbs not planted deep enough; 2. tulips are a hybrid that does not repeat bloom reliably; 3. leaves were removed last season before they turned yellow; 4. this just happens sometimes; 5. the bulbs didn’t experience the long cold period necessary to trigger rebloom; and 6. rabbits or deer ate the bud when it was very small and before you saw it.
