To Cut Back Or Not

Hi, I have a very old Epiphyllum in a hanging pot, it must be more than 20 years old. I have only had it for about 2 years. my question is do I cut it back cause there is lots of brown bits but also lots of green parts? it still has lots of flowers since I have had it.

kind regards
Sue

Yes, it wouldn't hurt to repot it; that will provide some much needed nourishment.
