Tiny white bugs eating my Radish

I pulled some radish up and there were tiny white bugs burrowing tunnels through the radish. They are so tiny I had to take pictures and zoom in to see what they actually looked like. They resemble a flea but they are solid white. I changed phones and, unfortunately, don’t have the pictures anymore.
