Ti Plant

Dear, I have been facing the following issue in the last couple of days. I have Ti Plant (cordyline fruticosa) which out of a sudden started to have yellow/brown dry leaves. Usually, I water this plant every 7-10 days and it stands right to the window, so it can get enough sunlight. Any advice how to save this? Do you think I should move it to another area, perhaps it gets too much sunlight during the day? Thanks in advance!

I think that the issue is that it is rootbound, this plant will tolerate full sun and needs it. I would repot into a container that is about the size of the top canopy of the plant. Keep the soil moist but not wet. They do not like it to dry out at all. This article is for a different cultivar, but all have very similar care.
