ay lilies, hydrangea, azelas have not bloomed at all.

The first thing to check will be the soil nutrition content and pH:

If all is well in all of these areas, then this can happen due to a plant's natural blooming habits. Some plants can bloom well, only, in alternate years. Though this is most common in fruit bearing trees, all species can experience this. Here is an article that will explain this happening in fruit bearing species, but will give you some information on why this happens to flowering species, as well:
