Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI’ll be gone all summer. With the being cut off right after blooming I’m not sure what to do to save these amaryllis and Hyacinth bulbs for hopefully blooming next December/January.

Unfortunately, this may stunt flowering for 1 or 2 years. At this point, there isn't a whole lot that can be done, other than to let it enter dormancy. This may require a little help from you. Here are some articles that will help:
